it's april 23 and my brother spencer turns 22 today!! :)

LA is hot!

it was 100 degrees in Los Angeles on monday. ahhh. so hot. it has since cooled down, but oh man, this summer is gonna be crazy. good thing i live near the ocean.

while i was jogging this morning, i saw two slugs.

6 months!!!

today kathryn and i have officially been living in California for 6 months! yay. 

we will be celebrating with patron on ice this evening. 

apparently alex karev shops at trader joes...

...on 3rd and la brea to be exact.

so kathryn and i were doing the usually weekend shopping at trader joes. and who do we see? well let me tell you.

while walking down the isle to grab some apple sauce, i look to the person on my right. 'oh that guy looks familar' i think to myself. that's because he WAS. it happened to be justin chambers (who plays alex karev on grey's anatomy)! so random. so i think this counts as an actual celebrity sighting, we were at the grocery for goodness sake!

oh the life of an LA resident. ha.

spring is here.

...spring is definitely less exciting here with out the cold cold winter. but don't worry i'm not complaining....

i'll be seeing erikka in less than a week and i cannot wait. so excited.

hmmm, in other news, you should all go see "I love you, man". not even kidding you, it's hilarious. so so good. i completely recommend it.

laura came to visit!!!

so laura came to visit last week!!! yay. we did lots of fun california things and it was so good to have her here :)

of course we went to the beach!! it was laura's first taste of the pacific.

In' n Out!! so good!!

and so is PINKBERRY! i love it!!!

we were flying on to the bed!! so great.
